• What are your business hours?

    We operate during weekly business hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. Email or Text us on weekends if you can not wait till normal business hours for urgent needs. 

  • Do you have contact with my client?

    We will only communicate via email with your client at the end of the transaction to share transaction documents and provide review page link upon agent's request. We will not directly communicate with any client.

  • Are my files secure and confidential?

    Yes! We use a tool called JotForm to collect your information and it is very secure. We do not share your information with anyone and we have strict guidelines to keep your information and your client's information safe. 

  • What do I do if I lose the file?

    We securely store your files on a backup drive, so in the event of a file loss, please reach out for a copy.  All documents can also be found in agent's compliance file. We keep these files for up to 5 years. 

  • Can you help with a transaction I've already initiated?

    Yes! Of course! We'd love to help you out and take over the transaction. Just upload through website or email it directly to TC.

  • How will you keep me updated?

    This is primarily up to you as our client. At the start of our project, we'll discuss methods that work well for both parties and go from there. Rest assured, we are trying to make this as easy on YOU as possible!

  • Do I still have to pay if the transaction is cancelled?

    The short answer is no. Life happens and we understand.  


    Let us know and we will get the correct documentation to cancel the deal.

  • What if we are not geographically close?

    At this time we can only service EXP Agents in the Acadiana area and will be expanding to other areas at a later date. We do all of our work online so we are able to serve you in the easiest, most efficient way possible!

  • Agents are responsible for the following:


    • Submitting payment for licensed assistant access.
    • Review all contract forms/addendums before being sent to client 
    • Communicate and negoitate with clients
    • Attend any onsite inspections or appointments
    • Negotiate repairs and any changes in contract
    • Provide a full and complete checklist of documents required by your broker.
    • Provide exact wording on any addendums/contracts via jotforms or email.
